When am I charged?
Nothing is charged for 7 days. When the trial ends we take the first month's payment of £13.99, then the same amount every month on the same date until you cancel. One free trial per person.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, any time. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged; your access ends when the trial would have ended. Cancel later and you keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds
If you’re charged and Premium isn’t right for you, message us within 14 days of starting your trial (or within 7 days of any later payment) and we’ll refund that payment in full. See the refund policy for the details.
Are the scores official?
No. They are estimates from our AI examiner, marked against each test's published criteria, to guide your practice. Only the test owner (IELTS, Pearson, ETS, Oxford, Duolingo) can give you an official score.
Which tests are included?
IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, Oxford ELLT and the Duolingo English Test. One plan covers all of them, and you can switch test at any time.
